Service Overview: Our "One Time Basic Cleaning" service is designed for clients who need a thorough cleaning of their space on a single occasion. This service covers essential cleaning tasks to ensure your home is neat and tidy. It is ideal for general maintenance and includes cleaning of the most commonly used areas.
WHAT’S IN YOUR CLEAN?
Living Room/Family Room:

Dust all accessible surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and décor.

Vacuum and/or mop floors.

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

Remove cobwebs.
-
Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Bedrooms:

Dust all accessible surfaces, including furniture and décor.

Vacuum and/or mop floors.

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

Remove cobwebs.

Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Bathrooms:

Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and countertops.

Deep Cleaning Tasks:
Such as cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets.
Specially Tasks:
Such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, Floor cleaning using special equipment, and window washing interior & exterior.
High - Reach Areas:
All areas/surfaces 6ft tall and above that require ladders or special equipment for access.

SERVICE DIFFERENTIATION:
This one-time service provides a more thorough cleaning than regular maintenance cleanings, which might focus only on high-traffic areas or less detailed work.
Deep cleaning includes more intensive tasks like cleaning inside appliances, and cleaning baseboards in detail, which are not part of this basic package.
Customer Preparation:
Clutter:
To maximize efficiency, we ask that personal items and clutter be tidied before our team arrives.
Pets:
Please secure pets for the safety and comfort of both our team and your animals.
Consumables:
In order to complete our job we request that all trash bags be left on hand in order for our cleaning crew to replace the new liner.
Dishes:
Avoid leaving excess dishes within the sink, unless your service it’s requesting the washing of them or dishwasher fill up.
